Valet Express (the "App"), operated by Platinum Premier, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy
explains how we collect and use your data to provide premium valet services.
1. Data Collection
To ensure a seamless service, we collect the following information:
- Location Data: We ONLY collect precise location data to identify "employees" at the venue.
(*all guest using our "App" are excluded from any location data being collected - guest MIGHT be be asked to allow their location due to the nature of the "App" but it isn't ever required nor collected).
The location data from the "employee" is only used while the app is active or being used for a retrieval request.
- Camera Usage: The App accesses your camera to scan ticket QR codes and document vehicle
conditions.
- NFC: We use NFC technology to read and write ticket data to physical tags for secure
car tracking.
- Device Identifiers: We collect device IDs via OneSignal to provide real-time push
notifications regarding your vehicle status and to inform the "employees/staff" of the venue.
2. Data Usage
We use your data strictly for operational purposes:
- To validate and process valet claim tickets.
- To coordinate the retrieval of your vehicle at the correct venue.
- To provide security documentation for your vehicle.
3. Third-Party Services
We use OneSignal for push notifications. They may collect certain device identifiers to
ensure delivery of alerts. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.
